Payments: Melanin and Stamped Travel merchant account is through Travel Joy. Travel Joy accepts major credit cards. If deposit/payment is not received by the agency on or before the Deposit Due Date, reservations are automatically cancelled. Failure to remit payments on a timely basis will automatically put your booking at risk of cancellation. Without limitation, Passenger(s) voluntarily hold Melanin and Stamped Travel harmless for cancellation of any booking for either late payment or declination of a credit card.
Refunds: All payments to Melanin and Stamped Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. Melanin and Stamped Travel has contractual agreements with vendors that will allow us not to obtain any refunds.
