TERMS & POLICIES: ​

  • Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your government identification.

  • Group roundtrip airport transportation will be provided for travelers arriving/departing  Denver, same time as the majority of the group; flight suggestions will be provided.

  • Suggested arrival time to hotel in Denver, CO is 12:00 PM.

  • Winter Park admission is included; however, snow activities such as skiing, snowmobiling, and snow tubing require an additional fee.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Please make your reservations at this price to be locked in. 

  • You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

  • Your selected roommate(s) should make their reservations within 7 days of your reservation. If not, your reservations will be adjusted to current occupancy and your price will change on your invoice to reflect the new occupancy change.

  • Provided full payment is received no later than your final payment day, itinerary, travel instructions and documents will be provided 30 days before travel if not earlier.

  • It is the guests' responsibility to notify Melanin and Stamped of all email and address changes.

  • Late payment of $25 per person is required after monthly payment date.

  • Late payment of $200 per person is required after final due date.

  • All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
